Military notes for James Fee
James was a Private with the 6th Inniskilling Dragoons cavalry from 28 March 1808 to 18 May 1818. He was credited with over 12 years of service; 2 extra years were credited to him by virtue of the fact he was present at the Battle of Waterloo.

James was discharged to County Fermanagh, with reason given as:

“Being engaged for a Limited Period and rendered unfit for service from being severely wounded in the right thigh on 18 June 1815 at Waterloo.”
