At the time of their marriage, both lived in Albion Townshi, and at the time of the 1861 Census were living with Mary Ann’s parents. Shortly after they moved to Osprey Township, on Lot 28, Concession 9. The W.W. Smith Gazetteer of 1865 and the 1880 Bruce and Grey County Atlas confirm this location, as do the 1871, 1881 and 1891 Censuses.

Abraham bought plot 84 in the Singhampton Cemetary, and his son Abraham Andy is buried there. Since Osprey Township records indicate that both Abraham and his wife died in the township, it would seem likely that they are buried there, too. However there is no stone to record such a burial.

In 1982 a page from a Bible with the marriage of Abraham and Mary Ann was found in British Columbia at 1161 McClure Street, Victoria. One of the children must have lived in this house at one time, but which?
